Incorrect Count Listing When Applying Nearest/Farthest Due Filter

1. Also the 'farthest due/nearest due' names can be changed for better user experience.
2. The heading "Facility" under the filters may be misleading when the Farthest/Nearest Due filter is applied independently, as it sorts counts based on the due date, not the facilities. Consider either renaming the "Facility" heading to better reflect the filter options or removing it altogether to avoid confusion.

Current behavior

Counts without any due date are also being listed.

Expected behavior

Only counts with a valid due date should be displayed when the Nearest Due or Farthest Due filter is applied.

Steps to reproduce the issue

Login the App using valid user credentials. In any of the draft, assigned, pending review or closed tab, open the filters. Select the farthest due/nearest due option for the 'sort by' filter option and then apply. Observe the listed counts.
