Recount not working for stores

Current behavior

When a recount is assigned, the items are not selectable and so the user cannot count them.

Intermittent Issue 1: The issue co-exists with the above issue. When the "Product Info Scroll button" option is used, the product information updates correctly, but the image of the previous product is displayed instead.

Intermittent Issue 2: When a hard count is reassigned, the modal "Add to Existing Count" and "Replace Existing Count" does not appear for some products.
