Draft Bulk Page Not Opening After Re-Clicking 'Drafts' from Side Menu

Current behavior

The 'Draft Bulk' page does not open after re-clicking the 'Drafts' menu item.

Expected behavior

After clicking on 'Drafts' again while the page is already opened, the user should still be able to access the 'Draft Bulk' page without any issue.

Steps to reproduce the issue

Navigate to the side menu and click on 'Drafts'. Confirm that the draft page opens. Access the draft bulk page through fab icon. Go back and click on the 'Drafts' menu item again while the draft page is already open. Now, attempt to access the 'Draft Bulk' page by clicking the fab icon(+). Observe that the 'Draft Bulk' page does not open.
