Remove support for BASE_URL entry from the app

Current behavior

Currently, we are still maintaining VUE_APP_BASE_URL entry in the app that is not used, as we have moved to launchpad login and added the baseURL support in dxp.

Expected behavior

We should remove this unwanted env entry, as it becomes quite confusing at the time of app deployment
