Additional fixes on partner's mapswipe page

Describe the bug Following from PR #6568 , there are few minor fixes that needs to be done on partner's statistics page of mapswipe.

• [x] Show the mapswipe tab only if MapSwipe group ID is supplied during partner's creation.
• [x] Name of the group to be added at the top of the mapswipe page
• [x] Few Cards and graphs are not responsive on Mobile view.
• [x] Rename the text Ds to days on partner's mapswipe page
• [x] Rename Tasking manager partner's statistics part to /partners/<partner>/stats/

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'manage project'
2. Click on 'partner's card'
3. Switch to mapswipe tab
4. See error
