[BUG] An error is occured while trying to split task

Describe the bug Sometimes, On splitting larger tasks to smaller one. User encounter an error of crashing of page

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'task page'
  2. Click on 'map selected task'
  3. click on split tasks
  4. See error

Expected behavior The task should be splitted without any error message.
