Crashing of page when clicking on previous button on task page after performing certain changes

Describe the bug once the user maps or split the task, they are redirected to tasks page. when clicked on previous button of respective browser, the page loads for sometimes and crashes.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Map or split a selected task
2. Click on submit task, the UI is redirected to task page.
3. Click on "go to back button"
4. See error

Expected behavior This could be the matter of discussion since we are back from that individual task and after completion of mapping we can't go back and map again. I am raising the discussion, please share your thoughts.

Additional context One possible solution of this could be using of breadcrumbs on task page, since our existing one is not so effective. User can face difficulty on going from task page to project page and tends to click on browser back icon which for now is crashing the page.
