Update all documentation components

All elements of the documentation require update: https://github.com/hotosm/osm-export-tool/tree/master/ui/app/components/help

Changes to Export Tool that need to be reflected in the documentation are available on the staging site: https://export-staging.hotosm.org/en/v3/exports/new/formats This user testing doc might also be helpful to understand the changes and improvements done to Export Tool https://docs.google.com/document/d/1j-dd7ouEcIyBFSzCuq09pQIb-0840ZTl24rPieOziEI/edit
