Add option to search HOT Tasking Manger projects

Currently, there is an option to search by location or directly enter the bounding box as 'minX minY maxX maxY'. Adding an option to search by TM project id would enable users of TM to export data straight from their project AOI without having to download and manually upload it to the export tool. This feature is already available on osm-analytics.

This modification will also benefit an issue on TM https://github.com/hotosm/tasking-manager/issues/258.

On the implementation side, this TM API returns AOI of the project.
