Add some method of re-running stuck HDX exports
Currently, worker threads seem to be getting stuck all the time when running HDX exports via the web interface. This requires manual intervention from multiple parties to resolve for each individual case & is very time consuming - not to mention frustrating for situations that are urgent.
How this presents: what's normally the "Run" button is disabled and displays "Running...", while there may not even be any current or recent activity listed in the run history just below. Example of how this presents in the interface (captured 9 March 2021):
How to reproduce: fairly random. But consistent and occurs very, very often. Proposal: aside from addressing the root cause - add some method in the interface of killing and re-running the worker threads that actually execute the export.
