Thank you for clarifying this - I updated our staging site first (nick-tallguy.github.io/en/mobile-mapping/streetcomplete). I did not quite understand what your last sentence should mean: "For some objects it is possible that object is not existing anymore within app, without creating a note" What does "without creating a note " mean in this context?

What does "without creating a note " mean in this context?

Without using "can't say" then "create note" and then making https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Notes such as https://www.openstreetmap.org/note/3201537
