Korean translation for first 3 documents

I translated "0200-12-31-beginner.md", "0200-12-29-introduction.md", and "0200-12-27-start-osm.md", but could't find "1-essential_setup.txt". Is there something I should work?

Glad to see your reply, this PR has been open since 2018, can you merge this part of the Korean translation into the project? Or is there any other work required?

Sorry, this has just gone out of my scope. The Korean translations have been available on LearnOSM since mid November 2018. Closing this issue now
