Difference in directions while subscribing

If user enters any invalid address or simply enters an empty address, he is taken to the subscription page which asks for more information and a robot captcha later. Whereas if the user enters a valid email address in the subscription box then the user is directly subscribed for newsletter without asking for other details. So to maintain the uniformity same action should be taken (ie. redirecting to information page) whether user enters a valid or invalid address in the first step.

Also currently only the arrow button redirects to the subscription page. The heading SUBSCRIBE FOR UPDATES & ANNOUNCEMENTS should also redirect to that page.
