Map new Feature (draw) can select onto existing building

Describe the bug (MAPPER UI) When i try to add data onto the building, I mistakenly clicked onto the add new feature and when i try to draw a new feature the existing building gets selected and we can go onto the "Collect Data" and after i add data and comeback to the page, the draw feature persist. To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Mapper UI'
2. Click on 'a new Task'
3. Click on 'Map new Feature'
4. Click on the already existing building the draw feature still persist after submitting the form.
5. See error.

Expected behavior When we draw a new feature we should not be able to select existing feature, It creates confusion.
