List of task boundaries passed as outline geojson

Describe the bug While creating project , splitted task boundary geojson was passed as a project outline instead of project AOI

To Reproduce Upload large AOI and split it using task splitting algorithm

  1. Go to create project
  2. Click on submit at last step
  3. See error

Expected behavior Single project boundary should be passed to create_project endpoint
