I want to upload my FMTM data to OSM through JOSM

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Currently i am unable to upload my submissions to osm.

Describe the solution you'd like There can be two cases for this: Imagery -> OSM -> fAIr -> OSM -> FMTM -> OSM ,(polygon): This can be the flow when user selects osm data extracts. In case users uploads custom data extracts, Imagery -> QGIS/POSTGIS -> fAIr -> geojson -> FMTM ->CSV+GEOJSON. User have to manually identify features on osm and then upload attributes to the features.

Additional context The second case can be modified if we can have better ideas regarding.
