Design a homepage / landing page layout and content

It would be useful if we could provide a homepage for FMTM describing what FMTM is.

Describe the solution you'd like

A homepage like tasking manager where user will land. The homepage may contain header, Theme image describing FMTM, Tagline for FMTM, A section describing FMTM, its major(unique) feature. Use cases and footer.

It should be the first page users go to, similar to Tasking Manager.

Then users can click a button like 'Start Mapping' to go to the current project summaries homepage.

Additional context It would be greatly appreciated to get content for the page. or We can discuss it to conclude contents for the page.
