Probably not really doable t would be amazing if the symbol could indicate if the sanitation is for both men and women or not...

It's before all a matter of data and how much female/male tags are used :)

@LucieGueuning looking at those screenshots, I'm not really sure what's the issue. Are we talking about amenity=toilets, and thus replacing this:

by this:
