Better display urban highways with bad smoothness & no surface tag

Highways that are tagged as residential or living (the urban classification)

and are classified as 'bad' smoothness in our roads query are difficult to see the bad smoothness property, if there is no surface tag (highway left of Jesus Roi Depot) (in osm, tagged highway=residential smoothness=bad) selection_001

Compare it with the highway to its right - Rue Saint-Melon, which also has the OSM surface=dirt tag, highway=residential and smoothness=bad
