Watching not mine projects

Is it possible to watch projects of a group that I am not member of? Or projects of another accounts? Trying to have notifications of https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/omnibus-gitlab project but on the step 3 after I entered server and account data I have no projects to choose (on GitLab.com I'm subscribed to that project).
