Would it be possible to fetch user data from spotify through the sp_dc and sp_key without authorisation from spotify?
Not sure, haven't looked in to this. But how would you suggest people could submit these?
The good thing about the current authentication method, is that all people have to do is login and that's it. Even if this would work, people would prob have to go look in their own cookies and send them to me.
Imo no one should give away their personal authentication tokens to people they don't know and these could also expire at any time. The good thing about proper authentication is that the users can see exactly what info I'm asking them for and they can revoke their authentication at any moment if they'd want to.
