Provide a migration script for moving data so that adheres to SR

Currently, users might be having data in their external systems like Kafka, Hdfs, Kinesis, etc that is being used in different streaming engines. To be able to leverage usage with SAM/Nifi, integration with SR is essential. We should try to come up with a tool that lets user move their data from non-SR compliant data to SR compliant data so it can be used in SAM/Nifi or any other system that leverages SR.
