The Entitlement of migration: CDP_CB_AWS_VARIANT_MIGRATION During the FreeIPA upgrade, we migrate the resources if it is not already done:

create the new security groups. upscale FreeIPA Downscale the FreeIPA when all the instances are downscaled/upscaled we delete the cloudformation with the related resources the variant of the stack is changed to AWS_NATIVE
