Window-Buttons (Close-Minify-resize) not displayed as should

Since a few days - after updating packages in ubuntu 16.04 64bit - the window-buttons on the left are not displayed by design, when window is not maximized. After changing theme to standard and then changing back to dark-vertex the buttons are OK again, until next os-start.
