[Gtk3.20] The styling of the scrollbar in Firefox is corrupt

I'm running Arch Linux, Firefox 47.0.1, Gtk 3.20, vertex-themes 20160329-2 from AUR. The scrollbar looks like on the attached screenshot

In Thunderbird it looks correct, though:

This doesn't occur with the latest git version. This means we need a new release.
