Battery low doesn't really show battery is low (more like half full)

The battery low icon doesn't really show that the battery is low. I think it would make more sense for the low battery icon to show the same level as caution, but be white instead of red. battery_low battery_critical

Currently battery-medium is symlink for battery-good, I think I would make more sense for medium to be low and low to be caution but white.

I can make a pull request if it makes sense to you. Also I completely understand if that doesn't line up with what you think. Just a thought

@atrotors Please raise a pull request. Even if it's not merged, I am sure many users would like to have this issue corrected.
