Exceptions section is loading extremely slow

on 100 MB PE64 file it might take up to 1 minute on modern PC... at the same time only 10-12% of CPU is being used, eg:

Consider some optimization like multi-threading and/or algo refactoring

Well, I've seen once some random crash after this big read-up, but I can't reproduce it 100%... will try to find exact steps

If you want that big exe - you could take either Code.exe (from VSCode), 122 MB exe or chrome.dll (161 MB dll) from Google Chrome v92
