Recognize files compiled by FreeBasic compiler

DIE does not recognize a FreeBasic compiled exe.

The source of a hello world example file from FreeBasic compiler: hello.bas.txt

Exe compiled with FreeBasic compiler: hello.exe.txt

@ags1234 I tried your "hello.bas.txt" sample and it works on the latest verison of Detect It Easy (3.11) and get detected properly.
