Description

For Recruitment and Onboarding, it should be possible to define templates that can be easily used for new positions/roles.

Use Case

Currently, you would have to define the stages for recruitment and Onboarding for each position, which doesn't differ. With templates, you can select a new position, such as the template (e.g., Engineering), and it's always the same. You don't have to set up the stages manually again.

Proposed Solution

You can define templates in the stage sections. When creating a new position, you are asked to select one of the existing templates, which will become part of your pipeline.

Benefits

Companies that recruit for various positions have spent less time setting up new positions. This approach also helps standardize recruiting processes in the company, as it follows the same principles and is less error-prone. It also keeps the system cleaner, as only a few stage templates are required, and in the majority, only one is required not one per position.
