Is it possible to reset offset?

I want to display plot for all messenges in topic every time I connetct to kafka. However, now it is only displaying plot starting from the time when I openede grafana dashboard. How to solwe the problem? Is it solvable?

now I only see auto offset reset for last 100 mesaanges. Is it possible to reset offset totally?
