Add KSQL Pull & Push Query feature

User should be able to make a pull or push(emit changes) query to the ksql and fetch the results as dataframe to show on the table. https://docs.ksqldb.io/en/0.21.0-ksqldb/developer-guide/ksqldb-rest-api/streaming-endpoint/
