Issue #34 - Rails Route Explorer

For Issue #34

Built out a first draft of this feature as a learning experience for Stimulus Reflex.

Can filter on route name, controller name, action, verb, or path.

Uses no custom JS, just a reflex.

Open to any refactoring suggestions. Could maybe still use a tiny bit of style massaging.

Hey! I am so sorry that this hasn't (yet) received the attention that it deserves.

We're hard at work on the v3.4 release; then I am committed to getting a major update to the CableReady docs out the door... then I'll be turning my full attention on the Expo site. I remain really excited for this PR and I'm sorry that I have to tax your patience a bit further.
