Update Grafana to 7.0

This PR contains changes to use v7 of Grafana.

Ubuntu version left untouched (metrics did not reach the statsd or graphite when upgrading to ubuntu 18.04)

Resolves #100, resolves #101

But on that repo looks like there is not Grafana integrated :?
