希望本地文件夹图片拖入浏览器里，也能使用浮图查看

经常把本地文件夹的图片直接拖入到浏览器窗口里查看，有时想看更多图片细节，目前不支持浮图查看，希望能够支持。 浏览器查看本地图片的好处是哪怕关机重启，下次重新打开浏览器，所有拖入的图片标签页窗口可以重新都打开了。而且浏览器都支持本地图片查看，希望脚本也能够支持。

在https://www.huya.com看直播 会听到两个声音叠加，两个声音之间有一定延迟。 点击直播间左下角的暂停观看，此时有一个声音在播放。 在使用https://github.com/LuckyPuppy514/external-player插件时，在potplayer看哔哩哔哩的视频时也会出现这个问题。 关掉永页机插件，问题消失。
