Sign out button should be on tracker page, not only on profile view

There is no sign out button on add Tracker page, I have to go to profile and sign out.

@Janatbek we decided that on purpose. This app is not optimized for user experience, but developer experience. We had the discussion before and decided to have the tracker page just about the hoodie.store API and the account page just about hoodie.account

I really appreciate you put all the effort into the pull requests to improve the hoodie app, but it’s better to create issues to make suggestions first and wait for feedback
