Plugins not using current readme and config schema from npm package

**Plugins are using an old version of config.schema.json and displaying an old version of readme resulting in broken state with no current readme to reference ** A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

Additional context The deltas between desired and in use versions are visible by comparing the github.com versions with the hoobs.org version
