Auto-update in GUI

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When my HOOBS setup is running smoothly, I don't check it for months, so I am not aware of updates.

Describe the solution you'd like I would like an auto-update option in the HOOBS GUI, which would periodically check for updates for both the HOOBS software and installed plugins.

Describe alternatives you've considered An alternative would be for the HOOBS installation to email the user when updates are available.

Additional context Right now, I have a cronjob to run the Fix command monthly via the command line, which Mike Kellsy on Reddit says is a bad idea.
