[req] Case insensitive parameter

Hi, thank you for the great add-on it makes multi-login with AWS accounts manageable ;)

One thing I have noticed, is the container name parameter is case sensitive. Would it be possible to support a case-insensitive match instead? I don't know if the addon has access to the list of available containers, but it'd be helpful as I find myself accidentally linking into newly defined containers currently because I mess up the case.

ext+container:name=${name}&caseinsenstive=1&url=...

It's non-critical, I've ended up just renaming all existing containers to lowercase to work-around.
