Add rule to inscope/outscope

I was adding Verizon domains to BBRF and found out they use two types of inscope/outscope rules:

  1. Not supported

*.geo.vip.*.yahoo.com

I tested this case adding the scope rule and using test.geo.a.yahoo.com and it was added.

  1. This one is supported *omega*.yahoo.com
