张老师好：

在作业2中，对手写字进行降维。PPT中讲到了两种降维方法：一种是通过直接对归一化数据矩阵SVD实现降维，另一种是对归一化数据的离散度矩阵（协方差矩阵）特征分解降维。那这两种方法的有什么区别、降维结果都是一致的吗？
