the value of trp@fpr=0 is descend too much after i transfer the mxnet to caffe model

as the title says, I encontered the problem that when I transfer the model from mxnet structure to caffe..the value of trp@fpr=0 is much lower,maybe more than 10percent. i have no idea about the phenomemon. can u help me...thanks a lot
