iOS source maps are not being applied for non-hermes builds

We have an outstanding issue where source maps are being uploaded (see #1169), but they are not being applied when they come from an iOS bundle.

PR https://github.com/honeybadger-io/honeybadger-js/pull/1197 has the fix for iOS builds with hermes enabed. iOS builds without hermes remain an issue.
