Feature request: Allow provider-neutral webdav sync

Allow the settings/data sync with a generic WebDAV endpoint alongside the existing three proprietary options (Dropbox, Onedrive, Gdrive)

This'd allow the settings to be backed up to a personal cloud like Nextcloud
