[Enhancement] Only do host API requests once expanded - don't preload.

Based off here: https://github.com/honestbleeps/Reddit-Enhancement-Suite/pull/5190. We should look at having the option so a mediahost only requests the API which is expanded by the user instead all to prevent extensive API requests against a host.
