Track upvote/downvote in redesign for user tagger

Can probably implement this by JSAPI events with "update" where the vote value does not match the previous value.

It may help to upgrade RES's JSAPI event infrastructure to include the previous JSAPI data on the event data sent to RES JSAPI hooks.

I've been using the redesign since I joined reddit and just now I found out that RES can track the upvotes I give to users, but only in old design.
Is there any plan to implement this?
