Android - Active media details not showing over bluetooth

I have created a music player and when I use it in my car, the information about current audio is not displayed . For example title, total time, album etc. This happens when I connect my android phone to car stereo using bluetooth and play music. However, when I use iPhone, all information are correctly displayed.

I have had this reported for my app as well. It seems that this plugin generates the notification locally on android but does not send the bluetooth track information. Same with any bluetooth device not just car stereos.

It would certainly be great to have this feature added, it's nice that iOS just takes care of it for you.

Ah! let me do some research on how we can send information to bluetooth. It looks like good addition to the plugin.

This never worked and I don't think this plugin provides that information. It doesn't work with me either.
