Dashboard: Star field: What sorts of technology to use?

The starfield is intended to be a magic and whimsical dashboard that will be on display for the make-a-wish foundation. The intention is for kids to FEEL like their wish is being made when they submit the wish on the mobile device and watch it happen.

Technology being considered:

The biggest ask that I have on this is that it interops with react.
