Mac with Recipe Robot but no autopkg produces pinwheels with no output

Describe the bug Should a silly admin forget to install autopkg but install Recipe Robot, when entering a URL to have Recipe Robot process the app just pinwheels

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. On Mac without autopkg installed, install Recipe Robot.
  2. Configure initial Recipe Robot prefs
  3. Copy & paste URL
  4. See pinwheel

Expected behavior Recipe Robot informs the admin that they are missing autopkg!

Still seeing this behaviour on Recipe Robot v.2.3.1 and macOS 13.6.1 Ventura
