Canonical script

• converted to munkipkg project, with canonical build of script in payload/Library/Scripts and LaunchDaemon in payload/Library/LaunchDaemons
• updated package creation instructions to use munkipkg instead of create_pkg.sh
  • removed create_pkg.sh from Exercise5c
  • updated Exercise5c preinstall/postinstall scripts to match main project scripts
• moved exercises to subfolder
• split exercise content from main README (changes README to a more focused instructional workflow), put exercises README in exercises/ subdirectory
• copied AutoPkg template files to autopkg-templates/ subdirectory from separate exercises
• updated templates that create Self Service policies to include reinstall_button_text attribute
• moved README images to images/ subfolder (and excercise images to exercises/images/)
• changed LaunchDaemon identifier from com.jamf.jamfnation to com.elliotjordan
• changed "Casper" references to "Jamf Pro" and "JSS" to "Jamf Pro server" where appropriate

Through all of this, the script itself was unchanged, so no version iteration should be necessary.
