Walkthrough
The primary change involves an upgrade of the orjson package version from 3.9.15 to 3.10.7 in the requirements.txt file. This update likely brings enhancements such as new features, improved performance, and bug fixes, while not affecting the existing functionality or logic within the codebase. Thus, it primarily addresses dependency management without introducing any new code changes.

@dependabot rebase
Since there were more SIMD optimization, I'd like to wait bumping orjson again until Core got shipped with a newer version just like with the 3.10.6 bump.
https://github.com/home-assistant/core/pull/123465 Bumped in core for 2024.9.0. Probably wait to bump here until after core HA release.
2024.9.0 got released, no indication of orjson issue from what I can tell. Still worth waiting for a couple of days before we ship orjson in Supervisor, but we'll not release a stable Supervisor before next week, so we are good.
